SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For delivery please allow up to 4 working days, this allows us time to process and pack your order but it is often quicker. All items are sent by First Class Delivery.
Royal Mail states 94% of first-class items will be delivered next day but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
A signature might be required upon delivery, if no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can arrange re-delivery. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item within 24 hours of us sending your item.
We really hope you love your items when you receive them but if for any reason you do need to return something, you can do so within subject to the following conditions: It is within 14 days of receiving the items..
The item has not been used or worn and all tags/packaging are still attached and have not be tampered with. It is folded neatly into the original packaging and including any tags, dust bags and boxes it came with.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Repack item/items being returned in original packaging with original labels, tags and protective packaging still attached. Labels and protective packaging must not have been cut off. There must be no make-up, deodorant marks, pet hairs or smell of cigarette smoke on items you wish to return. Cancelled items must have internal packaging unopened.
Complete the return form which you received with your delivery, including reasons for return.
The method of delivery for returns is up to the customer. For your own security, a tracked method is advised.
Please keep a certificate of posting as proof of your return for your own records.
Once we have received your return we will inspect it and you will be notified during this process with regard to the status of your request.

COST OF RETURNS
We only refund the cost of the items returned, we do not refund postage costs.
If an item is in anyway faulty we will refund the cost of your return postage, Royal Mail/Post Office 2nd Class delivery only. Otherwise, the return postage is paid by the customer.
We will cover the postal costs of ONE exchange after that the cost of postage will be covered by the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
If you have received a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your item, including pictures of the item and the packaging. If the parcel arrive damaged upon delivery and before signing for your delivery you must notify Royal Mail (the person who delivers the parcel make a note on his system).
Once you have notified us about your faulty item, please follow instructions in the above section ‘How to return an item’. We will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund or replacement you are entitled to via email.
Please allow 14 days from the day the parcel is posted back to us for an update on the progress of your refund or replacement.
